A soothing massage oil recipe featuring chamomile and peppermint essential oils. Try applying it before and after a workout to nourish the skin and relax the muscles.


  • 7 drops

    Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile (in jojoba oil) 0.5 fl. oz.
  • 7 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile Precious Essentials®

  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil

  • 3 drops wintergreen essential oil

  • 2 drops clove bud essential oil

  • 2 fluid ounces grapeseed oil

  • 2-ounce amber glass bottle


    1. Measure grapeseed oil into bottle.

    2. Add essential oils to bottle, replace lid and shake gently until well-blended.

    3. To use, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons into palm of hand and massage into targeted area.
