A gentle DIY shower scrub made with ground almonds, liquid castile soap, eucalyptus essential oil, and grapefruit essential oil.

Ingredients
- 24 drops Aura Cacia Eucalyptus (globulus) Essential Oil, 0.5 fl. oz.
- 24 drops Aura Cacia Grapefruit Essential Oil, 0.5 fl. oz.
- 4 fl. oz. Unscented Liquid Soap (Castile Type)
- 1/3 cup Whole Almonds
- 4 oz. Plastic Squeeze Bottle
Directions
- Into bottle, measure soap and essential oils.
- Replace lid and shake until contents well blended.
- In a food processor or blender, pulse or grind almonds, until a medium-fine ground forms. Add ground almonds to bottle, replace lid and shake until well blended.
- To use, shake bottle and into a wash cloth, dispense 1 tablespoon mixture and gently scrub skin. Rinse and follow with moisturizer if desired.
- Before use, spot-test in an inconspicuous area to ensure that the product does not irritate your skin.
