- Measure essential oils into roll-on bottle, top off with sweet almond oil, replace lid and shake until blended.
- Let the blend sit for at least three days before use, mixing occasionally.
- To use, apply 1 to 3 swipes of roller ball to pulse points on wrists, neck and inside elbows.
