An invigorating foot soak recipe featuring peppermint essential oil.

Ingredients

Directions

    1. Measure sea salt, baking soda and essential oils

    into a small bowl and mix until blended. Store in

    an airtight container.

    2. To use, measure 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30

    mL) into a basin, fill with hot water and soak

    feet until water cools. Rinse and towel dry.

    Sweet orange essential oil can be substituted for the

    tangerine.
