This penetrating massage oil features a warming combination of peppermint, juniper berry and pine essential oils. Try applying it before or after a vigorous workout.


    1. Measure juniper berry, peppermint, pine, grapefruit and sweet almond oils into bottle.

    2. Add grapeseed and sweet almond oils to bottle.

    3. Replace lid and shake contents until well blended.

    4. To use, massage 1 tablespoon into targeted area before or after exercise.

    Never apply concentrated essential oil blends directly to skin without diluting them first; irritation may develop.
