To make simple DIY bath salts, combine 12 drops essential oil with 1/4 cup mineral salts, then add to warm bath water and swish to disperse. *Salts such as evaporated sea salt, Dead Sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, Fleur de Sel, baking soda and clay powders increase the mineral content and alkalinity of bath water to create a softer, more buoyant environment.

To make a simple DIY bath tea, sprinkle 12 drops essential oil over 1/4 cup dried flowers and herbs, put them in a drawstring muslin bag and steep in warm bath water.

To make a simple fizzy bath powder, combine 12 drops essential oil with 3 tablespoons baking soda and 1 tablespoon citric acid granules. Add to bath water and swish to disperse.
