Lavender Almond Milk Bath

Here's a vegan, gluten-free version of a skin-nourishing milk bath scented with remarkably calming and relaxing lavender oil.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 48 drops lavender oil

Directions:

  1. Measure all ingredients into blender.
  2. Puree until a milky slurry forms.
  3. Pour mixture into a cheesecloth lined sieve, allow to drain and squeeze out liquid and discard the solids.
  4. Add strained, lavender-scented almond milk to bath water, enjoy.
