Spring Cleaning with Essential Oils

Spring is the perfect time to refresh your home, clear out the clutter, and bring in the bright, uplifting energy of the new season. Ditch the synthetic fragrances & harsh chemicals and embrace natural, plant-based cleaning that leaves your space smelling fresh and feeling revitalized. Using essential oils in your spring cleaning tasks not only makes your space cleaner in a more natural healthy way, but you also get the wonderful aromatherapy benefits while you're cleaning! Open the windows, let in some fresh air and get inspired with these spring cleaning tips & recipes!

Elevate the Vibe

After months of winter, indoor air can feel stuffy. Before diving into cleaning, start with a spring inspired diffuser blend like Citrus Burst. Diffusing bright, citrusy oils like lemon, sweet orange, or grapefruit can boost motivation and bring a sense of renewal to your space.

Gather Your Supplies

Next, take a moment to gather your essentials. Stock up on natural cleaning staples if you don't already have them like white vinegar, baking soda, castile soap, and cloths. These pair perfectly with essential oils for an effective and non-toxic clean. Choose fresh, purifying oils like lemon, tea tree, eucalyptus, and lavender to support your cleaning routine. Having everything prepped and ready will make the process smoother and more enjoyable, just like "mise en place" when cooking.

Now let's get to work!
