Ingredients
1 to 2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
1 drop peppermint essential oil
small amount of the massage cream
1 drop peppermint essential oil
small amount of the massage cream
Directions
Mix oils and cream together in the palm of your hand, and rub on before going to bed.
