Refreshing Eau de Cologne Mist

Aromatherapists use rosemary's briskly energizing aroma to combat nervous exhaustion and fatigue. This effect can be so powerful that rosemary is not recommended for use by people with epilepsy or high blood pressure.

8 ounces distilled water
12 drops bergamot essential oil
12 drops lemon essential oil
6 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops petitgrain essential oil
Pour this mixture into a bottle with a spray atomizer attachment. Shake the bottle vigorously and mist over exposed skin.
