Relaxing Lavender, Epsom Salt and Oat Spa Bath

Create a luxurious spa indulgence in your own tub with this simple bath salt blend that features calming lavender and oat flour.

Ingredients
1/3 cup sea salt
1/3 cup Epsom salt
3 cups rolled oats (ground)
1 teaspoon lavender essential oil
Directions
1. Pulse oats in blender until powdered.
2. Mix together ground oats, sea and Epsom salts.
3. Sprinkle mixture with lavender essential oil and blend until well combined.
4. Dissolve 1/4 into hot bath.

Ease of Preparation: 3 to 5 ingredients
