Summertime Body Mist

Summertime activities like picnics, camping, gardening and outdoor vacations, call for this protecting and healing aromatherapy body mist.

1 teaspoon plain vinegar or herb-infused vinegar (lavender, rose, peppermint, etc.)
8 drops lemon eucalyptus essential oil
8 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops grapefruit essential oil
4 drops geranium essential oil
24 ounces cool, freshly brewed {green tea}
2 ounces aloe gel or extract
Place vinegar in a spray-mister bottle. Add the essential oils and shake. Add green tea and aloe. Cap and use to mist airspace around outdoor activities as well as skin after a day spent in the sun.

Always shake well before use.
