Muscle & Joint Soothing Aromatherapy Massage Oil

Create this penetrating massage blend to soothe and restore sore, tired muscles after a long, hard day or vigorous workout.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons sweet almond
1 tablespoon grapeseed or  jojoba oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Massage oil into muscles.

Use more to create slippery glide and less to create friction and warmth.

Ease of Preparation: 3 to 5 ingredients
