Purifying and Protecting Cuticle Salve
This easy-to-make salve of baobab and tea tree will protect and soften nail beds and cuticles. It's also great as a post-gardening or wintertime hand balm.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon beeswax
3 tablespoons baobab oil
6 drops tea tree essential oil
6 drops lavender essential oil
3 tablespoons baobab oil
6 drops tea tree essential oil
6 drops lavender essential oil
Directions
Melt beeswax in a glass measuring cup sitting in a pan of simmering water. Add baobab oil and continue heating until mixture clarifies. Remove from heat, stir in essential oils, and pour into a jar or tin with a tight-fitting lid.
Allow to cool completely.
