Chai Spice Pancakes

Ingredients
1 package Simply Organic Chai Spice Scone Mix
1 cup milk
3  large eggs
Directions
Preheat griddle or flat skillet to medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine mix, milk, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour onto lightly greased griddle and cook until golden on both sides, flipping once.
Chef Suggestions
Serve with maple syrup or your favorite fruit spread.
Top with whipped cream for Chai Latte pancakes.
