Baked Dill Potatoes

Gives regular potatoes great accent flavor.

Ingredients
4  baking potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package Simply Organic Dill Dip Mix
Directions
Bake potatoes as you normally would.

Slice in half, add a scoop of sour cream and sprinkle on Dill Dip Mix.
Chef Suggestions
This also works well when potatoes are mashed.

Serve as a side with white fish dishes, as the dill complements the fish.
