Dill Hollandaise Sauce (eggless)
Dill Hollandaise Sauce (eggless)

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup low fat milk
1 package Simply Organic Dill Dip Mix
1 to 2 tablespoons flour or  cornstarch
Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low. Add milk and whisk in Dill Dip Mix. Increase heat and bring mixture to low boil.

Remove from heat and let mixture cool slightly. If a thicker sauce is desired, whisk in flour or cornstarch.
