Sour Cream and Dill Sauce

Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons dried dill or 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
Directions
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Gradually stir in flour, cooking and stirring until bubbly. Next add broth, dill, salt and nutmeg. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

Pour sauce over meatballs and serve.
