Spicy Chips

You might be surprised at how easy it is to make your own tortilla chips. They taste so much better than the store-bought kind that you may never buy chips again.

Ingredients
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
10  flour tortillas, 7-8 inches diameter, each cut into 8 wedges
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and sugar. Coat 2 baking sheets with vegetable oil spray.

Arrange the tortilla wedges on the prepared pans. Coat with vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wedges. Bake for about 6 minutes, until crisp. Let cool before serving.
