1. Measure Aura Cacia Unscented Massage Cream into jar.
2. Add essential oils to jar and stir with a spoon until well-blended.
3. To use, massage 1 to 2 teaspoons into targeted area before or after exercise. Use a paper towel to wipe away any remaining excess when finished.
