Chamomile Peppermint Massage Oil

A soothing massage oil recipe featuring chamomile and peppermint essential oilsl. Try applying it before and after a workout to nourish the skin and relax the muscles.
- 7 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile (in jojoba oil)
- 7 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile Precious Essentials®
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
- 3 drops wintergreen essential oil
- 2 drops clove bud essential oil
- 2 fluid ounces grapeseed oil
- 2-ounce amber glass bottle
1. Measure grapeseed oil into bottle.
2. Add essential oils to bottle, replace lid and shake gently until well-blended.
3. To use, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons into palm of hand and massage into targeted area.
