- Allow the warmth of the yellow light to fill you with fire and energy — feel your limbs begin to warm. Continue to breathe.
- Think about what makes you feel strong, powerful and secure. Are you able to express your power in a positive and confident way? Do you empower others to do the same?
- Breathe in strength and light. Exhale darkness, insecurity and doubt.
- Continue to repeat this breathing pattern for several repetitions, and allow your body to feel this positive expression of self-esteem.
