Frontier sources its Fair Trade Certified™ organic vanilla extracts and beans from a small co-op of farms in Bangalore, India. The premium paid for this high-grade product provides jobs for women that pay three times the average wage. Proceeds are used to support a program that feeds one million children each day during the school year.

The source is as important as the product. As one of the largest buyers of organic herbs, spices, botanicals and essential oils, we make an impact on a the communities we purchase from. We believe deeply in having a positive effect on our Earth and the global community, which is why we developed a pro-active, in-house program to further our mission.

Through our Well Earth™ sourcing program we work with small farmers to achieve organic and sustainable production, share our knowledge and expertise to maximize quality, and support their communities by paying fair market prices and funding community projects.
