A water spray mister is a convenient way to enjoy the benefits of a workout blend. The mist can be applied directly or sprayed lightly into a workout towel. Essential oils and water don't mix well, so shake the bottle vigorously before spraying.
Boost your next workout with an energizing blend. To 1/2 cup of water add:
6 drops lemon • 6 drops lavender • 5 drops rosemary • 3 drops eucalyptus

To 1 tablespoon of sweet almond or grapeseed oil add 3 drops of clary sage and 3 drops of bergamot.
