Lavender essential oil can be used in any number of ways -- for example, by pouring a few drops to the bath, blending a small amount with almond oil for use as a skin moisturizer or massage oil, or by adding the oil to a diffuser, vaporizer, or candle lamp to spread the scent and healthful benefits throughout the room.
A quick look at this dilution chart will guide you on how much oil to use for different applications.

NOTE: Because essential oils are so concentrated, they must be handled respectfully. Make sure you are familiar with the safe use of essential oils before you start.

Aura Cacia essential oils are packaged in dark-colored glass bottles to protect the oils from light, but they should also be protected from air, heat, and heavy metals. If allowed to deteriorate, essential oils will become less fragrant, more viscous, and darker in color, but they can still be used. If stored properly and tightly sealed, lavender essential oil can keep for a long period of time, possibly even years -- but hopefully, you'll choose to use and enjoy it often rather than letting this delightful oil sit on a shelf or in a cupboard.
For teas, crafting, or other uses that require use of dried lavender flowers, Frontier carries dried lavender flowers and dried lavandin flowers in a variety of different quantities in the Holistic & Craft Herbs section. If you have the time and space, you can also enjoy the experience of growing lavender yourself.
