Eucalyptus
The quint-essential oil for wintertime woes, eucalyptus is the perfect
cleanser and purifier to clear the cobwebs of chilly weather. Make a powerful chest rub by blending 1 teaspoon of Aura Cacia's Unscented Massage Cream and 2 to 4 drops of eucalyptus oil. For an extra kick, add a drop or two of cardamom or rosemary essential oils.

RESTFUL SLUMBER
The best night's sleep is a natural one. Gently coax your body into a restful slumber rather than overwhelming it and having to deal with side effects. Aromatherapy provides a number of enjoyable options for easing into a deep and wholesome sleep.
We suggest starting with oils like chamomile, lavender or sandalwood. Place a few drops of your chosen essential oil into a warm (not hot) bath just before bedtime to relax your body and mellow your mood. Or place a few drops on a tissue by the bed or in a room diffuser to create an atmosphere conducive to sleep.
