Ingredients:
4 oz. bottle of unscented liquid castile soap
4 drops rosemary essential oil
16 drops tangerine essential oil
3 drops nutmeg essential oil
Directions: Add oils to bottle of soap, and shake gently until well-incorporated. Lather and rinse. (Tip: for added balance, use the same blend in 4 ounces of grapeseed oil.) Smooth over freshly showered wet skin, then pat dry.

Focused & Calm Commuting Mist

Ingredients:
4 oz. water
4 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops rosemary essential oil
16 drops grapefruit essential oil
4 oz. spray mister bottle
Directions: Combine water and oils in spray bottle, and shake well. Lightly mist your personal space whenever a stressful situation threatens to shake you up.

Balancing Bedtime Bath
Set aside 15 to 20 minutes after your hectic day to treat yourself with this balancing bath. It’s the perfect pause to dial in a sense of stability and calm before turning in for the night.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup sea salt
1/2 cup of grated castile soap (about 3 to 4 bars)
21 drops lavender essential oil
21 drops bergamot orange essential oil
6 drops patchouli essential oil
Directions: Blend dry ingredients and essential oils and mix well. Store in a jar with lid. Use 2 to 3 tablespoons per bath.
