With warm weather in the air, camping and hiking might be on your summer fun agenda. How about bringing essential oils along for the ride?
Around the campsite or in the woods
Before setting out for a long day of walking, a drop of peppermint oil on the bottom of each sock will give you a cooling sensation on your feet. And, essential oils such as lemon eucalyptus and citronella are perfect for helping ward-off buzzing campsite pests, while providing a pleasing aroma. The invigorating scents can also boost energy before a hike through the woods.
Camping Recipes Soothing Muscle Rub
