Start with an aromatherapy foot bath to soften calloused areas and make toenails pliable for an at-home pedicure.

Fizzy Aromatherapy Foot Soak

1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 drops each of peppermint, lavender and lemon oil

Place ingredients in a large basin and fill with very warm water. Soak feet until water grows cool, rinse and follow with a sugar scrub.

Sugar and Grapeseed Oil Foot Scrub

2 tablespoons fine grained organic sugar
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
3 drops each of peppermint, lavender and lemon oil

Mix ingredients and gently scrub feet and toes, concentrating on calloused areas and soles. Rinse away the sugar with warm water and then utilize the remaining oil to massage the feet. Finish with your own indulgent pedicure.

Uplifting Tangerine Garden Room Spray
4 ounces water
12 drops tangerine oil
9 drops lemon oil
3 drops ylang ylang oil

Place ingredients in spray mister bottle, shake and mist throughout the home.

Spring Clean Tangerine Tub and Tile Scrub
3 tablespoons baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt (table grind)
10 drops tangerine oil

Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle mix with essential oils. Sprinkle on tub and tile surfaces and gently scrub then rinse.
