Sweet Orange

Juicy, luscious and fruity sweet, orange essential oil evokes the process of peeling a fresh, perfectly ripe orange. It's the best orange oil available — manually extracted from the zest of the fresh peel. The friendly aroma of sweet orange comforts and refreshes our emotional and mental states.Orange is an adaptive oil — it can provide either calming or energizing benefits, depending upon the application.

Perfect Balance Sweet Orange Diffusion

1 ounce water
3 drops sweet orange essential oil
3 drops bergamot essential oil
1 drop clary sage essential oil

Place ingredients in the bowl of a candle lamp diffuser and light candle.

Sweet Orange Fizz Cooling Aromatherapy Foot Soak

2 tablespoons baking soda
2 teaspoons sea salt (table grind)
1 cup fresh orange juice
Fresh orange slices
15 drops sweet orange essential oil
6 drops peppermint essential oil

Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle mix with essential oils. Then add all ingredients to a basin of very warm water.
