Lemon

Piquant, fresh and fruity, lemon essential oil evokes groves of fruit standing in the Mediterranean sun. Summery and clean, lemon oil is manually extracted from the zest of fresh lemon peel using a centrifuge or press. And the aroma of good quality lemon essential oil smells like the fresh fruit -- not furniture polish! Lemon oil dispels lethargy and boosts both the spirit and the body's natural defenses. Welcome spring with a bright and sunny diffusion of lemon.

Purifying Lemon Scrubbing Powder
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 teaspoons sea salt (table grind)
1 teaspoon Borax
15 drops lemon essential oil
6 drops spike lavender essential oil

Mix dry ingredients. Sprinkle with essential oils.

Uplifting Springtime Lemon Diffusion
1 ounce water
3 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops bergamot essential oil
1 drop jasmine absolute oil

Place ingredients in the bowl of a candle lamp diffuser. Light candle.
