Mandarin orange oil

Minerals & Mandarin Orange Purifying Body Soak

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dead Sea salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup Epsom salt
1 tablespoon kaolin clay powder
24 drops tangerine essential oil
12 drops Mandarin orange essential oil

Directions: Mix dry ingredients together, sprinkle with oils, and place in a jar or tin. Dissolve 2 to 3 tablespoons into bath.

Rose Otto oil

Almond & Rose Petal Cleansing Body Scrub

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup rose petals
1/4 cup yucca root powder
1 teaspoon sweet almond oil
1/2 cup green tea
36 drops Rose Otto or Rose Absolute Precious Essentials Oil™

Directions: Place almonds, rose petals and yucca root powder in a blender or food processor. Pulse until a fine meal forms. Place in dish, add sweet almond oil, and gradually stir in green tea until a creamy liquid forms. Stir in essential oils.

Apply to skin with a gentle, circular buffing motion. Rinse.

Sweet Marjoram

Kelp & Clay Peppermint Body Detox Mask

Ingredients:
1/4 cup kelp powder
1/2 cup kaolin clay powder
1/2 cup peppermint tea
12 drops peppermint essential oil
24 drops grapefruit essential oil

Directions: Combine kelp and clay in a dish. Gradually add peppermint tea until a creamy liquid forms. Stir in essential oils.

Apply to skin in a thin layer. Allow to dry. Rinse.

Clary Sage

Patchouli essential oilThe aroma profile of clary sage is intriguing and complex; sweet-floral-honey-like top notes give way to a fresh and bracing herbal middle note, over a mysteriously earthy and musk-like base note. For all its variability in scent, the benefits that clary sage provides the body, mind and spirit can be summed up in a single word: balance.

BALANCE YOUR BODY
Clary Sage Toning Scrub
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup dried lavender flowers
1/4 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon jojoba oil
1/2 cup peppermint tea
18 drops clary sage essential oil
18 drops lavender essential oil

Directions: Place oatmeal, lavender flowers and milk powder in a blender or food processor. Pulse until a fine meal forms. Place in dish, add jojoba oil and gradually stir in peppermint tea until a creamy liquid forms. Stir in essential oils.

Apply to skin with a gentle, circular buffing motion. Rinse.

BALANCE YOUR MIND
Clary Sage Centering & Clarifying Mist
Ingredients:
4 ounces purified water
8 drops clary sage essential oil
8 drops peppermint essential oil
8 drops sweet orange essential oil
bottle with mister

Directions: Mix ingredients in the bottle. Apply 2 to 3 spritzes to refresh your attitude and center your thoughts.

BALANCE YOUR SPIRIT
Equilibrium Diffusion
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons water
3 drops clary sage essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops patchouli essential oil
candle lamp diffuser

Directions: Mix ingredients. Place in the well of a candle lamp. Light candle to release balancing aromatherapy effects.
