ESSENTIAL OIL OF THE MONTH
GRAPEFRUIT
Everybody appreciates the distinctive tangy, fresh aroma of grapefruit essential oil. Extracted from the fresh rind, the aroma is identical to what you get when you peel a fresh grapefruit. The aroma cheers and enlivens the spirit and tonifies and cleanses the skin. (Try it with pure water in a mist to tighten saggy skin and reduce puffiness.) In massage, grapefruit encourages circulation and the flow of vital energy throughout the body.
