Meet the Team
Mindy Seiffert
Mindy is the Senior Brand Manager for Aura Cacia and is responsible for managing the Aura Cacia brand, including market research, new products, advertising, and public relations. (Mindy also often serves as a product tester — recruiting her bubble-bath loving twin boys to test the Aura Cacia Kids line.) Mindy has an MBA from the University of Iowa and many years of experience in the natural personal care industry. She travels extensively to meet and evaluate suppliers of Aura Cacia essential oils.
Dave Showalter
Dave is the Commodity Manager for Aura Cacia — he is responsible for sourcing all of Aura Cacia’s natural and organic personal care ingredients. Dave has 25 years of sourcing experience, and he has spent the last five years traveling worldwide, developing relationships with farmers and suppliers in order to guarantee the quality and purity of our essential oils. Dave is also part of Frontier’s sustainably sourcing team, which identifies and develops Well Earth and Fair Trade suppliers.
